It uses rhyme to tell a simple story that empower kids to make decisions that are right for them. The child is encouraged to listen to the different parts of his/her body; listen to the heart for emotion, the head for logic and the gut for instinct. They learn to not do things that feel wrong for them, and instead to listen to their inner voice and find the path that is right for them.
